Master of numerous music industry desciplines, Menno de Jong has already carved enough notches on the dance tree for someone twice his age. His production & remix career has seen him record for some of Europe’s biggest trance labels and he’s the owner of lauded Dutch independent Intuition
Recordings. A bona-fide Podcast pioneer, he’s produced and presented the much respected and widely-syndicated Intuition Radio show for the last 3 years. As a DJ he’s closed gigs for Tiësto & Paul van Dyk, is currently ranked at No. 62 in DJMagazine’s Top 100 Chart and has spun in over 25
countries.

At 17 he progressed from school discos & friends parties to a two year residency at an underground club in Eindhoven. Further charged by the reception ‘Guanxi’ received from DJs and still aged just 20 years old he threw himself into music nearly full-time, juggling his busy schedule with his studies at university. In the last three years he has successfully catapulted himself into the upper echelons of the trance DJ hierarchy. Having now spun in over 25 countries, Menno has played at clubs and events that are themselves the virtual synonyms of trance. Godskitchen, Gatecrasher, Creamfields, Trance Energy, SensationWhite, Mysteryland, Amnesia Ibiza, Love Parade, Berlin, The Gaudi Arena in Moscow & WMC in Miami have all hosted his pin-point perfect tune selection and sophisticated mixing style. Alongside that he has DJed with some of the biggest names in the scene, including trailblazers such as Tiësto, Armin van Buuren, The Prodigy, Paul van Dyk, Marco V and Markus Schulz. With his non-stop smile, energetic dancing and ever-present contact with the audience, he continues to share his passion for evocative melodies and dance-floor rocking beats.

Menno’s rise through the deck-spinning ranks has been suitably reflected in DJ Magazine’s annual Top 100 poll. He debuted at 72 in 2006 before rising 10 places to 62 a year later, and a staggering 14 places to 48 in 2008. He is also ranked at No. 11 in Trance Addict’s annual top 100 Trance DJs poll.
Following an inspiring tour of Africa, Menno broke into the compilation market in mid-2007. Mixing the first in a projected series of country-themed albums, Intuition Sessions Vol. 1: South Africa gathered together the cream of the label’s highly recognizable crop.

De Jong was also at the leading-edge of the internet radio and podcasting phenomenon, launching his Intuition Radio show in 2005. The weekly episodes rapidly became required listening for the internet’s trance-hungry hoards, with Menno showcasing the very best in EDM. The show has now

Heath has been rocking dancefloors across Europe & Australia with unrivaled enthusiasm & a versatility in style that few Dj's can claim, laying down everything from filthy electro/tech/minimal to pure deep/jackin/funked up House.

Not afraid to push his Dj sets technically, he currently uses a combination of Traktor Scratch Pro & Audio 8 in his DJ setup allowing looping & re-editing of tracks on the fly. Heath also has a keen interest in music production & has been spending time working in a studio.

To celebrate our first birthday in this spirit, André Gardeja will get the support of some good DJing friends this time. There will be special appearances of artists you already know, but also some that we never featured on our parties - expect the unexpected and be ready to be surprised.

Sadly, this will also be André's last gig in Delhi, so please come over, bring your friends (as always) and let's dance André good bye ...

SUNBURN is back and it is massive! Spread across 3 days with over 35 artists, it is Asia’s Biggest Electronic Dance Music Festival.

Touted as Asia's Biggest Electronic Dance Music Festival - The Sunburn Festival at Candolim Beach in Goa makes its return this December (27th to 29th). Pulling off their biggest coup yet, Sunburn has managed to pull in several international acts including the world’s number one DJ Armin Van Buuren who will be headlining on the 29th of December.

In 2007, 2008, and 2009 Van Buuren was voted number one DJ in DJ Mag's annual Top 100 vote beating out DJ heavyweights such as Tiesto (2nd place 2007 – 2009), John Digweed (3rd 2007), Paul Van Dyke (3rd 2008), and David Guetta (3rd 2009). Armin Van Buuren is said to have over 30 million weekly listeners on his radio show in more than 40 countries, and this year he is going to cast his spell at Sunburn.


The Sunburn Festival will also be co-headlined by world heavyweight DJ Roger Sanchez. Arguably one of the best house DJs around, Sanchez has many accolades to his name including a Grammy Award for Best Remixed Recording for his remix of No Doubt’s “Hella Good.”
Merely two years old, the brainchild of Percept Entertainment and Nikhil Chinapa, Sunburn has invited global clubbing brand and dance behemoth Gatecrasher for their label stage, a huge honour for any label. Gatecrasher’s Lion insignia is one of the most recognised logos in the clubbing community worldwide and it will be clearly visible at Sunburn 2009. Previous years have seen Anujnabeats and Defected as invitees for the label stage.

Located seaside in Goa, on India's west coast, Sunburn is fast turning into a hotspot for electronic music lovers because of the unique mix of performers accompanied by the perfect beach setting.
The festival, being set at the height of Goa’s party season, brings people from all corners of the world together to be a part of this musical extravaganza. About Nikhil Chinapa:

Nikhil Chinappa today is a name synonymous with the electronic dance music scene in India. A VJ, Submerge Founder, DJ, and MC, Chinapa is not just a man of many trades but also a man with a vision. The musical arena has evolved over the years from disco to trance to hip hop music and India is a
country which has always been the combination of all the sprouting at a gradual phase over the
years.
Similarly there is a hidden talent which has been maturing over the years and is now becoming a
synonym for music. She is a 21st century character, now titled as DJ Rink. Rink is someone who
turns everyone pink with her aura, her captivating beauty and above all the class of tracks which
she plays and composes. Her music can make dead come alive.
Rink is a root in the entertainment industry since many years. She by profession has organized
various Techno-Music and DJ events in the country. She also happens to be a compere. Rink has
been DJ'ing at the most renowned clubs in India and Internationally. Locally she has been spinning
her music at various events, clubs, college festival, corporate parties and launches and to add to it
she is a prominent face in media world. She has also featured in video tracks of DJ Remixes and
been interviewed by various Radio channels and her performance has made a mark in various
newspapers around the globe.
DJ'ing was a passion which she lived with but never felt that she has the potential to make it big on
this platform. On one starry night at one of the most prominent discotheques' in the city she
happened to play the tracks just for fun and rest is history. The crowd was spell bound with magic
she created and then the journey to master the fineness of this industry began. She learnt her DJ
course in India from “A & A” under the guidance of one India's first and most senior DJ, Joe
Azaredo.
Rink-With the sound knowledge of electronic music, she has her hands in almost all the genres of
music. From House to Tribal, Progressive to trance, psy trance to techno, breaks to drum n bass,
hip hop to reggae, retro to rock, commercials to world music, one can definitely say that she has
the perfect combination of taste and sense for the music. Over the time she has been playing some
of the vibrant bollywood numbers all across the globe and she is now recognized as a Bollywood
Female DJ. While Mixing and Blending the music she comes out with the real superb experience
for the party animals.
Rink has completed her course in Sound Engineering and has been certified by the Institute of
Government Poly Technic (Bandra) Mumbai. During this course Rink has learnt about numerous
music production softwares and sound recordings.
Rink is not far behind on educational front and she holds Masters in commerce degree holder from
the top college of Mumbai Mithibai college. She also holds a Diploma in business management
from a well recognized management institute (Wellingkar's Institute) in Mumbai India.
After few years of spinning at some of the top clubs in the country and abroad she has taken a step
forward and accelerating her talent to the next level. She has most recently composed one of the
most groovy and jumpy mixes.
She has managed to produce a classic remix of “DUM MARO DUM=.ELEKTRO VIBE=DJRINK” an
evergreen Retro bollywood number. This enthralling track is being played by various clubs and few
of the legendary DJs of the town.
DJ Rink promises to produce some more peppy numbers in the forthcoming years taking music to
a different level.

The Galeej Gurus are a band that believes in exploring music and also to have as much fun as possible doing it. They have been on the circuit since 2000, played over 450 gigs around the country and can boast a sizeable fan following.
