The third Bombay Elektrik Project gig takes place this Friday at Juhu nightclub/lounge, Aurus. Once again, much love and respect to CSers and their friends who turned up for the first gig. For those who had to suffer the early deadline at East, Kemp's Corner, do come by, this one goes on till 2:30am, at least.
Aurus' Friday Nights have something of a cult following and Pramod's gonna be adding to the list of talented artistes who play there.
The vibe is excellent, it's by the sea and gets packed by 12am, so do try and come in by 11:30 (when most of Mumbai gets out anyway). No stags (you have two days to find company) and strictly club wear for men (which means no floaters or sandals). A beer ranges between Rs 150 and 300.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
DJ Pramz started, like everyone else, as a bedroom DJ ten years ago. Except, unlike other bedroom DJs who seldom find avenues to creatively express their skills learned in the dead of the night, Pramz began gigging regularly at private parties – his first taste of a profession so unforgiving, that every misplaced beat is judged immediately.
Since his fledgling days, Pramz has worked weekly residencies at various clubs including Mikanos and Lush (both in Lower Parel) and Rain (Juhu). He was part of a fusion band, the Beat Tekniks Crew, long before the idea became popular. Under his residency at White, the Phoenix Mill lounge, Pramz established a weekly tradition of international sounds that few other clubs at the time could replicate. More recently, Pramz has also deejayed at Blue Frog and at successful gigs across the country. His last gig was at Scarlet, Hyderabad on Saturday.
