Lounge Piranha is a four member post rock band from Bangalore . Formed in 2005 and with close to a hundred shows in the last three years across India , Piranha has a large (and growing) community of fans and regular online listeners around the country. The band is known for their unique brand of sounds and visuals, with support from a didgeridoo player, a DJ and a video artist.
George Mathen is an artist by day and fully in control of the drum kit by night. He is also fully irresponsible for Piranha’s visual identity and website.
